About Andrew

Andrew Breen is a partner at Dolden Wallace Folick LLP focused entirely on insurance law. His defence work covers personal injury, property damage claims, liquor and occupiers' liability, product and professional liability, construction disputes, and insurance coverage questions. He also pursues subrogated claims for insurers in matters involving fire, flooding, and construction deficiencies. Andrew has represented clients in court in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia, and once appeared before the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal. He was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2007 and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Vancouver Bar Association.
