About Ivka

Ivka Starcevic is a partner practising financial services and commercial real estate law, with an emphasis on secured financing, mortgage lending, and the acquisition, sale, financing, and leasing of commercial, office, industrial, retail, condominium, and multi-residential properties. She represents financial institutions, developers, joint ventures, investors, landlords, tenants, and corporate lenders and borrowers. Before joining Wilson Vukelich, she practised commercial real estate and financial services law at two Bay Street firms. Ivka earned a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours from Queen's University in 1995 and her Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia in 1999, and was called to the Ontario Bar in February 2001. She is fluent in English, French, and Croatian.
