About Karen

Karen Hung is the managing partner of Hung & Hwang LLP and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012. Her real estate practice covers the purchase and sale of property, financing arrangements with both institutional and private lenders, title transfers and survivorship applications. She also maintains a wills and estates practice, preparing wills, trusts and powers of attorney for property and personal care. Beyond client work, Karen oversees the firm's long-term strategy, including client services, technology and operational processes, with an eye toward building value for both clients and partners. She earned her LL.B. from the University of Birmingham in 2009 and her B.A. from York University in 2007, and she belongs to the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
