Khalid Karim founded Karim Law after working as in-house counsel for a public company, a government corporation, and a mortgage lender, and as an associate at a Bay Street firm. His practice covered incorporation, business structuring, commercial agreements, corporate finance, business acquisitions, and real estate transactions. As of January 1, 2025, he is no longer practicing law in Ontario.
