About Sheldon

Sheldon Caplan has practised real estate law for more than 47 years, gaining broad experience in residential and commercial property law. He has acted for real estate developers, investment funds, and institutional and private lenders. Sheldon joined DWC Law Group in 2025 as advisory Of Counsel, bringing his real estate expertise to the firm and its clients.
