About Catherine

Catherine M. Callaghan is a partner at HHL Law Firm LLP, called to the bar of the Law Society of Ontario in 1987 after earning her LLB from the University of Windsor in 1985. She also holds a BA from the University of Toronto's St. Michael's College, received in 1980. With more than 35 years in practice, Catherine advises clients on real estate, tax, estate planning and administration, cottage succession planning, trusts, wills, powers of attorney, passing of accounts, and Henson trust planning for families with a special needs child. She has lived in Newmarket since 1991 and has taken on volunteer roles with several community organizations over the years.
