About Allison

Allison Bruschetta is an associate whose work touches business disputes, franchise, and labour and employment matters at the firm. Her practice is largely litigation-focused, and she has appeared in matters before every level of court in British Columbia, as well as before the BC Human Rights Tribunal and the Civil Resolution Tribunal. She has also represented clients in courts across several other provinces, including Alberta, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, and Saskatchewan. She joined the firm as a summer student in 2021, returned to complete her articles, and later stayed on as an associate. Outside work, she enjoys spin classes, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her dog, Arugula.
