About Adam
Adam Ibrahim is a senior associate whose practice covers corporate and securities law, with particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets deals. He's advised numerous major Canadian asset managers, private equity sponsors, and pension funds on various transactions. Adam also counsels public companies on disclosure requirements, governance practices, and securities law compliance. While in law school, he volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and with the Law in Action Within Schools program, which introduces high school students to legal education.
