Laura is a labour, employment, and human rights lawyer in Hicks Morley's Waterloo office. She advises employers on hiring, discipline, accommodation, and termination, and she's defended wrongful dismissal actions, human rights applications, and contractual disputes. She's appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Ontario Court of Justice, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and the Ontario Labour Relations Board.
