About Harjinder
Harjinder Lally joined Branch MacMaster LLP in 2025 as an articling student and returned as an associate in 2026, focusing on civil litigation, class actions, insurance defence, and health law, representing both insurers and healthcare professionals in regulatory and civil proceedings. While earning her JD at Osgoode Hall Law School she competed in the 2024 Kawaskimhon National Aboriginal Law Moot, served as a student editor for the Comparative Labor Law & Policy Journal, and volunteered with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act Alliance. She also worked as a summer student at ICBC and earned a certificate in alternative dispute resolution. Before law school, Harjinder managed and adjudicated complex disability claims at a national disability management firm. She earned her JD from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2025 and a B.Kin from the University of British Columbia in 2015, and is fluent in Punjabi and Hindi.
