Lindsay Hiemstra is an associate in the Commercial and Business Litigation, Insurance, Construction, and Entertainment Law groups at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP. Her practice spans commercial disputes, entertainment matters for directors and producers, and insurance work representing both insureds and insurers in coverage and bad faith disputes. She has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Provincial Court of British Columbia, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, and the Saskatchewan Court of King's Bench, as well as before administrative tribunals. Lindsay earned her JD from the Peter A. Allard School of Law in 2023 and a BA from Simon Fraser University in 2018, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2024. She belongs to the Vancouver Bar Association and the Law Society of British Columbia.
