About Eric

Eric Vandergriendt articled at McQuarrie before joining as an associate in 2014 and becoming a partner in 2020. Practising as ELV Law Corporation within the firm, he focuses on real estate solicitor work centred on land development, including acquiring and assembling raw land, rezoning, subdivision, and marketing (including REDMA compliance) for project sales and leasing. He also advises on the corporate structures behind real estate transactions. He's a director of Bethesda Christian Association and belongs to the Canadian Bar Association, the New Westminster Bar Association, and the Christian Legal Fellowship.
