About Rene
Rene Allain is a graduate of the University of British Columbia's Peter A. Allard School of Law who articled with Brian Coleman, K.C., Glen Orris, K.C., Mark Swartz, and Chantal Paquette in downtown Vancouver. During law school he was deeply involved in the UBC ID Clinic, providing identification services to marginalized individuals, and received the Chief Justice Richard Wagner Award for his commitment to access to justice. Before studying law he worked on a drilling rig in Alberta and as a forest firefighter for BC Wildfire. Originally from Eastern Canada, he is fluently bilingual and offers legal services in both English and French.
