About Haley
Haley MacIsaac practices corporate law, advising clients on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and financings and securities. Having completed her articles at the firm, she has worked on share purchases, asset purchases, and public closings, as well as incorporations for startup and emerging companies. Her education includes a J.D. with a Certificate in Business Law from Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law and a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Leadership from the University of New Brunswick. She was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2023 and belongs to both the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society and the Canadian Bar Association. Haley also participates in McInnes Cooper's DEI Education and Engagement teams and its Promotion of Women Committee.
