About Alisse
Alisse is a senior associate at Torys whose practice centers on corporate law, particularly capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. Alisse advises clients on a range of corporate, commercial and securities law matters, including stock exchange listings, public offerings, corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations and corporate finance work.
