About Corinne

Corinne practises in business law, including business formation, contracts, and reorganizing business structures, as well as estate planning for individuals and business owners. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience, she is known for explaining legal concepts in a practical, easy-to-implement way. Corinne has shared her legal knowledge with entrepreneurs across Canada through an online legal platform, a podcast, and numerous 'Legal Essentials' courses and workshops, with a particular emphasis on supporting women-identifying entrepreneurs. Originally from Cape Breton Island, she has served on the board of Nova Village NS and previously coached youth hockey.
