About Greg
Greg Fabbro's practice focuses on all aspects of real estate development, including acquisition, financing, subdivision, rezoning, development, construction, and sale of development properties, as well as buying, selling, and leasing investment properties. Before joining Terra Law, he practised in the Real Property and Planning Group of a leading national law firm. His transactions include the acquisition and sale of Semiahmoo Mall and development work for the Four Seasons Resort Whistler and its Private Residences. Best Lawyers recognizes him as a distinguished leader in Real Estate Law. He holds a law degree from Dalhousie University and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2001.
