About Ryan

Ryan Klassen is a member of Richards Buell Sutton's Real Estate Group and has practised in real estate for over a decade, representing developers, institutions, public bodies, and private companies on commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, sales, financing, leasing, and land development. Before joining the firm he practised at a large Vancouver firm and at a boutique business law practice. He holds a J.D. from the University of Saskatchewan (2011) and a B.A. in History from the University of British Columbia (2007), and was called to the bar in 2015. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Mortgage Investment Association of BC.
