About Tamara
Tamara Huculak practised for more than 20 years as a partner with a boutique real estate law firm in downtown Vancouver before relocating her practice to Surrey in 2013 and joining Richards Buell Sutton in 2020. She specializes in real estate development, business acquisitions, financing, and commercial leasing, and her practice also covers corporate services, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and franchise documentation for both franchisees and franchisors. She is a registered trademark agent and a Clinic Adjunct Professor at the Richards Buell Sutton Centre for Business Law at UBC's Peter A. Allard School of Law, and practises through T.A. Huculak Law Corporation. She holds an LL.B. from the University of British Columbia (1989) and a B.A. from the same university (1986), and was called to the bar in 1990. She mentors through the First Generation Network and volunteers at local schools.
