About Graham

Graham Laschuk practises family law at Coast Mountain Law, with a focus on alternative dispute resolution and collaborative law. Laschuk was called to the bar in Saskatchewan in 1994, in Alberta in 2007, and in British Columbia in 2016. Laschuk holds an LL.B. from the University of Wales, College of Cardiff, with a Certificate of Equivalence from the University of Saskatchewan's College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Queen's University. Laschuk began practising civil litigation in Saskatchewan, in both private practice and for the federal government, and shifted focus to family law after relocating to British Columbia in 2016, and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia.
