About Catherine

Catherine is the founder of One80 Law Group. Born and raised in Red Deer, she graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance with Distinction from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary in 2003 and received her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta in 2006. She was admitted to the Alberta bar in 2007 and began her practice at a national corporate law firm before spending several years in the oil and gas industry and later maintaining a general practice with a mid-sized Calgary firm. She was admitted to the Law Society of British Columbia in 2021 and to the Law Society of Ontario in 2024, and now practises real estate, wills and estates, probate and corporate law virtually across all three provinces.
