About Eddie

Eddie Carter is a partner at Coast Mountain Law, practising corporate commercial law, real estate law, and wills and estates. Carter was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2012, holds an LL.B. from the University of Saskatchewan (2009), and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in History from Bishop's University (2003). Carter grew up in Vancouver and worked in Whistler's tourism industry before law school, then articled at a Squamish firm and worked at a boutique North Vancouver solicitors' practice before joining Coast Mountain Law (then Race & Company) in January 2020. Carter is a director of the Downtown Squamish Business Improvement Association and volunteered for five years with Squamish Fire Rescue.
