About Greg

Greg Diamond is the founder of Double Diamond Law, which he started in Whistler in 2004 after several years as a Crown Prosecutor. He began his legal career in 1993 at a large Vancouver firm focused on civil litigation, including personal injury and employment matters, then spent seven years prosecuting cases across the Lower Mainland and the Sea-to-Sky Corridor for Crown Counsel. His practice today covers criminal law (assault, weapons offences, impaired driving, theft, controlled substances), employment law (contract review, termination), personal injury, and family law matters such as separation, divorce, cohabitation agreements, child support and parenting time. He has appeared at all levels of the British Columbia courts and before various tribunals. Diamond has lived in Whistler since 1997 and is active locally, including as a director of the Whistler Health Care Foundation and a past president of the Rotary Club of Whistler.
