About Tim
Tim Pettit has worked as a lawyer on the North Shore since 1994 and founded Pettit and Company in April 2011. He is a trial lawyer with a diverse litigation practice, regularly representing accident victims, wrongfully dismissed employees, builders and homeowners in construction disputes, strata corporations and owners, insurers and their insureds, family members in estate disputes, and businesses with employment problems. In 2021 he was recognized by Lexpert as a leading expert in both plaintiff and defence personal injury practice. He obtained an Honours History degree from UBC and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario, and was called to the BC bar in 1993.
