About Gina

Gina manages the delivery of paraprofessional corporate services across McInnes Cooper's offices, drawing on more than ten years of experience in the field. As a staff lawyer, she also actively assists the firm's lawyers with corporate transactions, reorganizations, amalgamations, import and export transactions, and dissolutions. Gina is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society and the International Practice Management Association. She holds an LL.B. and a B.B.A. from the University of New Brunswick, and is called to the bar in both New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.
