About Davida

Davida Shiff is a senior associate whose work centers on litigation and dispute resolution. She has appeared in front of Ontario's Superior Court of Justice as well as Nova Scotia's Supreme Court, its Court of Appeal, and several administrative tribunals. She offers pro bono assistance to CARFAC members, the Canadian Artists' Representation, on copyright and trademark matters. Davida belongs to The Advocates' Society and takes part in UJA's Joshua Institute for Jewish Communal Leadership. While in law school, she worked as a teaching assistant for the Harvard Negotiation Workshop, held certification as a mediator through the Harvard Mediation Program in Massachusetts, and served as a senior editor of the Harvard Negotiation Law Review. Before law school, she worked as a management consultant with Boston Consulting Group.
