About Geoffrey

Hope focuses on labour and employment and general litigation, advising public and private sector employers on discipline, collective bargaining, terminations, accommodation, and competition issues, and representing them before the Labour Relations Board, in labour arbitrations, and before the Alberta Human Rights Commission. He also serves as legal advisor to health services, law enforcement, and post-secondary institutions on policy, governance, and labour relations, and conducts workplace investigations and arbitrations. He previously chaired Field Law's Edmonton Labour + Employment and Litigation practice groups. Called to the Alberta Bar in 2001, he is recognized by the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and Best Lawyers in Canada for employment and litigation.
