About Andriy

Andriy Rak is the founder and principal lawyer at Community Lawyer, where he practises litigation and employment law. He represents clients in contractual disputes and employment matters, including advice, demand letters, negotiated settlements, and court representation before the Alberta Court of Justice and administrative tribunals. Rak holds a law degree from the University of Ottawa and also earned a law degree in Ukraine before practising in Canada. His clients come from a range of industries, including e-commerce, manufacturing, trades, and construction.
