About Sagar

Sagar completed his LLB (Hons.) at Mumbai University in 2016, where he was active in the Moot Court Society, and is a member of the Bar Council of India. He practiced at a corporate law firm in Mumbai before returning to his hometown of Toronto. After completing his NCA requirements in 2017, he articled at Affinity Law and was called to the Law Society of Ontario in June 2019, then returned to the firm as an associate. His practice covers personal injury and insurance litigation, corporate and civil litigation, employment law, and real estate transactions. He has appeared before Small Claims Court, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, and Ontario's Superior Court on various matters. Sagar is fluent in Hindi and Gujarati and conversational in Punjabi.
