Garrett Lafferty is an associate practising Specific Claims and litigation, bringing a strong advocacy background to the work. He has experience managing Oral History Hearings and working alongside First Nations knowledge keepers to help ensure Indigenous communities' voices and perspectives are represented. Originally from Calgary, Alberta, Lafferty is Métis, and describes that heritage as informing his commitment to advocating for Indigenous rights and interests.
