About Anjalika

Anjalika Rogers is a senior litigator with more than ten years' experience representing First Nation governments in Treaty and Aboriginal rights claims across Canadian courts, including the Specific Claims Tribunal and both levels of Federal Court, and has argued cases at every level of court in British Columbia as well as before regulators such as the British Columbia Securities Commission. She began her career in criminal law, articling at a well-regarded defence boutique in Vancouver, then worked there as an associate before opening her own practice in criminal and administrative law; her growing administrative-law expertise led to a role with a provincial regulatory body, where she argued before a three-member tribunal and helped draft legislation and policy. Since joining Maurice Law in 2019, Rogers has handled litigation spanning the duty to consult, band governance, election disputes, on-reserve taxation, breach of contract, environmental contamination, and judicial reviews and appeals.
