About Abdallah
Abdallah Butt is an Associate at Maurice Law, working with First Nations clients on civil litigation and Specific Claims matters. Before joining the firm, he practised corporate and commercial law in Toronto on complex transactions across multiple industries. He later served as Civil Practice Lead for Nunavut Legal Aid, managing lawyers and advancing litigation while regularly appearing before the Nunavut Court of Justice. Butt is focused on advancing Indigenous self-determination through advocacy that holds institutions accountable.
