About Charles

Charles is a trial lawyer and National Co-Chair of the firm's Municipal Defence Practice Group. Since being called to the bar in 2001, he's practised almost exclusively in municipal defence, insurance defence, medical malpractice defence, appellate advocacy, and civil litigation. He helped draft Ontario's Minimum Maintenance Standards for Municipal Highways and has edited chapters of a leading municipal liability textbook.
