About Eryn
Eryn Jackson practises from Richards Buell Sutton's Surrey office, concentrating on business law, real estate, and wills and estates matters for business owners and individuals. Her background in family law, child welfare, and civil litigation gives her a broad perspective on clients' legal matters. She holds a J.D. from the University of Saskatchewan (2011) and a B.A. from the University of Victoria (2008), and was called to the bar in British Columbia and Alberta in 2012. She is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Surrey Bar Association, sits on several CBA subsections, and was a supporting editor of 'Drafting Wills in Canada: A Lawyer's Practical Guide, 3rd Edition' (2021).
