About Jacqueline
Jacqueline Small is a partner at Holness and Small Law Group, representing individuals in personal injury claims against insurance corporations and former spouses in family law disputes. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law Political Science from Washington State University in 1998 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia in 2004, and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2005. Jacqueline began her career as an articling student at a medical malpractice firm, then practised as an associate at a leading insurance law firm before joining Holness and Small Law Group in 2010. A former dual-sport collegiate athlete, she played varsity tennis for Washington State University and varsity rugby for UBC, later captaining the women's team at the Meraloma Rugby Club and representing British Columbia in national competition.
