About Allan

Allan is a lawyer in MT+Co.'s Indigenous Law Group who works with Indigenous Nations, Indigenous-owned businesses, and forestry sector clients on natural resource and economic development matters. A member of the Sqwá First Nation, he spent six years in the BC forest industry as a Registered Professional Forester before becoming a lawyer, and six seasons as a wildfire fighter with the BC Wildfire Service. He was called to the BC bar in 2024 and the Northwest Territories bar in 2025, and holds a JD from the Peter A. Allard School of Law and a BSc from the University of Northern British Columbia.
