About Seth

Seth Gordon is a Vancouver-based associate at Eyford Partners LLP with a civil litigation practice spanning Aboriginal law, constitutional and Charter law, administrative law, municipal law, employment law, housing law, and complex commercial disputes. His work for Indigenous clients includes treaty rights, Aboriginal rights and title litigation, band governance issues, and negotiations with corporations and the Crown. He obtained a combined Bachelor of Civil Law and Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Music with Distinction from McGill University, and before joining the firm he served as a judicial law clerk at the Supreme Court of British Columbia. He was called to the British Columbia bar in 2025 and works in English, French, and Spanish.
