About Nicole

Nicole Hajash rejoined Callison & Hanna in 2021 after practising law on Vancouver Island for 15 years; she had previously practised with the firm from 2002 to 2005. Her practice focuses on governance, policy, and economic development. She is a certified mediator and arbitrator and a certified electoral officer who has conducted First Nations elections and referendums both in person and digitally. Nicole holds degrees in arts and law from the University of Victoria and UBC. She is a director of the Hulitan Family & Community Services Society and a member of the Da'naxda'xw First Nation on the coast of BC.
