About Brian

Brian advises clients on commercial, corporate, and securities law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, private placements, executive compensation, and public company governance. He spent over 30 years as a partner at McCarthy Tétrault LLP before joining MT+Co., where he has practiced for eight years. He holds an LLB and BCom from the University of British Columbia and has been recognized in Best Lawyers for corporate law and mergers and acquisitions since 2018.
