About Alex
Alex practices banking, corporate, and commercial law at MT+Co., with a focus on secured lending transactions, project finance, corporate restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions. He joined the firm in 2021 after practicing corporate and commercial law at a national firm and a boutique business law firm in Vancouver. He was called to the BC bar in 2019 and holds a JD from Thompson Rivers University and a BA in History from UBC. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of BC.
