About Luc

Luc Deleau is an associate at MLT Aikins LLP in Winnipeg, practising corporate and commercial law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. He has advised on transactions spanning multiple Canadian provinces and the United States across a range of industries. Deleau earned his J.D. from the University of Manitoba in 2025 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with honours in finance and accounting from the same institution. He competed as a national-level track and field sprinter during his undergraduate studies and was named Team Manitoba flag bearer at the 2019 Western Canada Summer Games.
