About Ella
Ella Aiaseh is a partner at Hummingbird Lawyers LLP whose practice is devoted entirely to family law. Since her call to the Ontario bar in 2014, she has built a litigation practice covering parenting disputes and complex financial issues involving property division, support, and business interests. Her earlier background in civil litigation, corporate, commercial, and immigration law informs how she approaches multifaceted family disputes. Ella represents clients through negotiation, mediation, motions, trials, and appeals, and has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal. She was named partner in 2022 in recognition of her contributions to the firm. Ella holds a J.D. from the University of Ottawa (2013) and a B.A. (Hons.) from the University of Toronto (2007).
