Nikkita founded Nikkita Sethi Law in 2020 and practices as a sole practitioner in Vaughan, Ontario, handling criminal law, real estate, immigration, family law, and wills and estates matters. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B., Hons) from the University of Law in Birmingham, United Kingdom, and completed a Bachelor of Commerce at Ryerson University in Toronto before that. Nikkita articled at a criminal law firm in Toronto, working on matters including murder, drug trafficking, robbery, and assault, and she has also worked on family law matters at a North York law firm. She takes a results-driven approach with her clients.
