About Ashley Lipinski

Ashley Lipinski handles family law matters as a lawyer with Gelman & Associates. Ashley also helps run the Welland County Law Association, holding one of the vice-president seats on its executive team.

Ashley's call to the Ontario bar came in 2017, once the Ryerson Law Practice Program was done. Before Martin Sheppard Fraser, Ashley worked at a small firm in the Niagara Region, with a mix of family and labour law files. Ashley then joined Martin Sheppard Fraser in Niagara Falls as an associate, with family law as the focus.

Law school took Ashley overseas. With a University of Guelph degree in criminal justice and public policy finished in 2012, Ashley headed to Canterbury, England, and earned an LLB with Upper Second Class Honours from the University of Kent in 2014. Those years in England are where a love of travel took hold, and Ashley used them to explore Europe. Iceland, France, Turkey and England are all on the list of places Ashley has been.

Away from work, Ashley quilts, makes things with a Cricut, and cheers on the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Blue Jays.
