About Adina

Adina Schild joined Hummingbird Lawyers as a summer intern in 2013 and later completed her articling term there before being called to the bar in 2016. She now works exclusively in the firm's family law department and also serves as a mediator, arbitrator, and parenting coordinator. Her background in social work shapes her approach to family law matters, including high-conflict litigation and separation and divorce disputes. Adina handles cases involving custody and access, spousal and child support, property division, and marriage or cohabitation agreements, and she often turns to negotiation, collaborative law, and mediation as alternatives to litigation. She holds a J.D. from the University of Windsor (2015), a social service worker diploma from Fanshawe College, and a B.A. (Hons.) from Wilfrid Laurier University.
