About Robert
Robert Drake is a partner practising commercial litigation along with pension and benefit issues arising in bankruptcy and restructuring, as well as employment law. Robert handles disputes for clients facing financial and corporate challenges, drawing on trial and appellate experience to identify key issues and build practical strategies, whether representing clients in corporate disputes, insolvency proceedings or restructurings. Robert was called to the Ontario bar in 2009, holds a J.D. from Queen's University (2008) and belongs to the Advocates' Society, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Turnaround Management Association.
