About Dylan

Dylan Kozlick is a trial lawyer whose civil litigation practice focuses on personal injury claims, disability insurance claims, and estate litigation. He represents clients injured by the negligent conduct of others, including in unsafe premises, slip and fall, boating, and animal attack cases, and has extensive experience with traumatic brain, spinal, and psychological injuries. He also assists clients bringing wills variation and other estate claims. Before law, Dylan practised as a chiropractor on Vancouver Island after completing a Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College with academic and clinical honours; an injury ended that practice. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria in 2011 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2012, and practises exclusively at RLR Lawyers.
