About Wendy
Wendy Clifford is a partner at Heath Law LLP who has advised clients for over 25 years on estate planning and trusts, estate administration, business law, corporate reorganizations, and real property. Born and raised in Port Alberni, she earned her Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia, then articled at Jarvis & Company in Vancouver and stayed on as an associate. She returned to Vancouver Island in 1993, practised as a sole practitioner, and merged her practice with Heath Law LLP in 1999, becoming a partner in 2004. She has served as Vice-President of the Port Theatre Society and currently serves as a director and officer of the Nanaimo Airport Commission, and is a member of the Law Society and the Canadian Bar Association.
