About Blair

Blair Franklin's practice includes wills, powers of attorney, estates, and corporations. Born in Esterhazy, Saskatchewan, he grew up in Smithers, BC, before his family moved to Nanaimo in 1980. He graduated from Nanaimo District Senior Secondary, completed two years of undergraduate work in Commerce at Malaspina University-College (now Vancouver Island University), and graduated from UBC's Faculty of Law before returning to Nanaimo to article. He was called to the bar in May 1995 and joined Johnston Franklin Bishop that August.
