About Rani

Rani El Khatib is the founder of Byblos Law Corporation. Before becoming a lawyer, he spent 15 years as a university professor and business consultant. His practice focuses on corporate tax law, intergenerational business transfer, wills and estates, contracts, and family law agreements, and he develops customized solutions for each client. He holds a Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University, a master's degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and a bachelor's degree from the American University of Beirut. He is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
